• Perfil híbrido para implementación, configuración, automatización, desarrollo y soporte evolutivo del proyecto CRM B2B Ventas, incluyendo procesos de reclamos de proveedores, atención operativa, gestión comercial y seguimiento end-to-end de casos y oportunidades en Service Cloud y Sales Cloud. • La persona será responsable de traducir requerimientos funcionales en soluciones Salesforce, priorizando la configuración declarativa y desarrollando cuando sea necesario. • Operará con VS Code, Salesforce CLI y GitHub bajo un esquema de control de versiones y despliegues multiambiente. • Administración: Configurar y mantener objetos, campos, record types, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, validation rules y formula fields. Administrar perfiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, field-level security, colas y assignment rules. Construir y mantener reportes y dashboards para seguimiento operativo, comercial y gerencial. • Automatización: Diseñar e implementar Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows y Scheduled Flows para automatizar asignación de casos, estados/subestados, SLA, notificaciones, escalaciones, seguimiento comercial y reclamos de proveedores. • Desarrollo: Desarrollar y mantener Apex classes, triggers, test classes, batch/scheduled Apex y consultas SOQL. Realizar desarrollos en LWC cuando aplique. Implementar y soportar integraciones vía REST/SOAP APIs. Atender debugging de logs y corrección de defects en ambientes de QA, UAT y post go-live. • DevOps: Gestionar recuperación, validación y despliegue de metadata con VS Code + Salesforce CLI. Trabajar bajo control de versiones con GitHub, incluyendo branching, commits, PRs, versionamiento y documentación técnica entre ambientes Dev → UAT → Prod. • Proyecto B2B: Dar soporte al flujo funcional y técnico de reclamos de proveedores y a la relación proveedor–cuenta–contacto–caso–oportunidad. Participar en procesos relacionados con etapas comerciales, SLA / milestones y portal de autogestión si aplica. Brindar apoyo técnico y documentación al TPO, BA, QA y Arquitecto.
• 3 a 5 años de experiencia con Salesforce. • Mínimo 2 años en Service Cloud o Sales Cloud. • Experiencia en proyectos reales con flows avanzados, reglas de negocio, objetos custom, permisos y reportes. • Experiencia con Apex, triggers, SOQL y test classes en al menos un ciclo completo: implementación, QA/UAT y go-live. • Experiencia en control de versiones y despliegues con VS Code, Salesforce CLI y GitHub. • Certificaciones deseables: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant.
