• Immuta enables organizations to unlock value from their cloud data by protecting it and providing secure access. • Immuta Data Security Platform provides sensitive data discovery, security and access control, and data activity monitoring and has deep integrations with the leading cloud data platforms. • Immuta is now trusted by Fortune 500 companies and government agencies around the world to secure their data. • Founded in 2015, Immuta is headquartered in Boston, MA. • A hybrid workplace with offices in Boston, MA; Columbus, Ohio; College Park, Maryland. • We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the product engineering squad responsible for building many of our integrations with various cloud databases. • As an engineering manager at Immuta, you will be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and leading a team of bright, mission-focused engineers, while still writing quality code. • In this role you will work with Cloud Data Platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, and more to enhance Immuta’s ability to govern data as part of the Secure team. • You will work within our containerized, distributed, multi-cloud environment to enhance our industry-leading data governance controls, and pave the way for future work to ensure compliance and privacy with emerging standards. • You will be part of a talented team that values everyone’s input and creativity.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading a software engineering team • Proven track record of delivering performant, scalable products with a strong focus on UX in a continuous delivery environment • Experience with a modern technology stack (our stack: Node.js, Angular, PostgreSQL, Typescript/Javascript, Docker/Kubernetes) • Experience in and domain knowledge of database technologies and cloud-native data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, and BigQuery • Strong technical background that allows you to advocate for and support your engineers • Strong desire to understand the details of systems, get hands-on with data analysis and root cause analysis • Ability to hold yourself, and direct reports accountable for results • Ability to maintain high standards for hiring employees, culture, and quality
