• Responsible for the entire sales process from lead qualification to successful deal closing • Identifying and approaching new potential customers across multiple channels (e.g., outbound, networking, events) • Conducting discovery calls to analyze customer needs and requirements • Presenting our solution through product demos and tailored customer presentations • Independently negotiating contracts and closing deals • Detecting objections and developing appropriate solutions during the sales process • Closely collaborating with SDRs, Customer Success, and Product to refine sales strategy • Continuously tracking and reporting relevant KPIs and maintaining CRM data • Collecting customer feedback and sharing relevant insights with internal teams
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or software-related environment • Proven experience managing sales processes independently through to closing • Strong communication and presentation skills • Structured working style, clear prioritization, and high results orientation • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into concrete solutions • Confident handling of negotiation situations and decision-making processes • Excellent German language skills (native) and very good English • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and modern collaboration tools
