📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day client relationship for a portfolio of clients • Act as the primary strategic advisor by understanding clients’ business goals • Lead monthly strategy check-ins, performance reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) • Navigate high-level client friction and build executive-level trust • Translate paid social performance data from Meta, TikTok, and YouTube into creative briefs and ad concepts • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets across the client roster • Identify retention risks and build proactive expansion roadmaps • Pitch scope upgrades and transition clients from one-off pilot packages to monthly retainers • Partner with Creative Strategists to identify high-performing ad hooks and angles and sell creative iterations, remix bundles, and whitelisting • Maintain high-level visibility on project milestones via the project manager • Align client expectations with internal production realities without becoming involved in daily execution details

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Account Management or Client Strategy experience at a performance marketing agency or UGC agency • Deep understanding of the paid social landscape • Knowledge of Meta and TikTok ad mechanics, hook rates, hold rates, and performance levers • Proven track record of growing client accounts and closing retainer renewals • Exceptional written and spoken English • Elite presentation skills
