📋 Description

• Turn briefs into clear delivery plans and timelines • Manage the full production pipeline inside ClickUp, including briefs, timelines, dependencies, and approvals • Keep creative, scripting, casting, production, and post-production teams aligned on deadlines and deliverables • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope, escalating bottlenecks when needed • Maintain documentation including agendas, call notes, summaries, client approvals, and asset delivery checklists • Provide clients with structured operational updates on shoot timelines, delivery ETAs, and asset approvals • Manage client feedback and revision cycles while protecting project scope and aligning expectations • Partner with Account Managers to surface operational blockers, timeline shifts, and capacity constraints • Identify delivery risks, workflow efficiencies, and expansion opportunities for the Account Manager team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Project Management / Creative Operations experience at a digital agency, performance creative shop, or remote production team • Deep proficiency in ClickUp or similar agency management tools, including views, custom fields, dependencies, and task workflow tracking • Strong familiarity with social ad production stages, including briefing, creator casting, video editing, and revisions • Knowledge of digital video formats for Meta and TikTok • Type-A organizational skills with strong focus on accuracy, deadlines, and proactive communication • Clear, professional written and verbal English skills • Applicants should hold citizenship or permanent right to work in their primary country of residence
