• Responsible for creating a vision that creates more value for the business • Inspires the team to challenge, encourage, and empower to achieve the vision • Demonstrates genuine concern for team members • Coaches, mentors, and articulates criteria for high-quality solutions • Models responsibility and accountability for the team and organization • Works cross-functionally to drive improvements and increase communication • Develops and grows team's skill-sets through coaching and mentoring

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of Solutions Engineering leadership experience • Desire to excel and evaluate team performance • Proven track record in leading high performing engineering teams • Experience managing remote teams • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience
