• Incode is looking for curious, highly driven, and hard-working candidates who want to be part of Incode’s revolutionary identity solutions that will transform human authentication and verification. • We seek an experienced Global SDR Manager to lead our SDR teams across North America (NAM), Latin America (LATAM), and Europe. The Global SDR Manager will build, manage, and optimize our SDR teams across these key regions to ensure alignment with our global sales strategies. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on involvement to develop a cohesive and high-performing SDR function that effectively contributes to Incode’s growth objectives. The Global SDR Manager will be crucial in Incode's growth strategy. This position is ideal for a highly motivated and strategic thinker who excels in building SDR teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales within the technology sector. • Prior experience successfully targeting and acquiring large enterprise customers. Extra consideration is given to candidates who have done so targeting Financial Services markets. • Demonstrated ability to engage strategically with high-level decision-makers in key accounts. • Strong research and analytical skills to effectively identify opportunities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment with a team-oriented attitude
