📋 Description

• Lead the functional design of processes and ensure compliance with Brazilian market regulations. • Conduct workshops with the client to gather requirements and use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in the functional design of commercial electricity processes (contracting, switching, billing, customer service). • Proven ability in AS-IS -> TO-BE process mapping for utilities. • Deep knowledge of the E&U product catalog (regulated tariffs, free-market tariffs, Social Tariff). • Experience with LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) processes and consent management (opt-in/opt-out by channel). • Strong command of Salesforce Industries CPQ and CLM (Document Generation 2.0, Clause Library, State Model). • Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures). • Knowledge of Business Rules Engine (BRE) for regulatory rules and Salesforce Industries Console (Utility 360). • Portuguese (Brazilian): Native. • English or Spanish: a plus.
