📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns after the sale, from kickoff to final report • Coordinate cross-functional communication with sellers, retention managers, and influencers • Manage up to 30 influencer campaigns simultaneously • Coordinate timelines and influencer slating • Review and verify drafts • Ensure full completion of deliverables • Act as the voice of the influencer throughout the process • Deliver white-glove client service aligned with brand tone, voice, and strategy • Stay updated with platform trends, creator shifts, and viral content • Negotiate influencer rates and understand estimated budgets • Track and optimize campaign budgets • Monitor deliverables and ensure high-quality content meets brand guidelines and campaign goals • Proactively flag and resolve issues, escalating when necessary and proposing solutions • Manage multiple timelines, creators, and deliverables in parallel • Gather required inputs such as shipping addresses, product information, and payment details • Collaborate with Data Ops on post-campaign performance reporting

• Excellent project management skills • Deep understanding of creator dynamics • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns without compromising quality or timelines • Thrives in fast-moving environments and performs under pressure • Brings structure, clarity, and ownership to campaigns • Understands creator and client communication nuances • Strong attention to detail, timelines, and quality • Proactive, problem-solving mindset • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Familiarity with U.S. and LatAm creator markets
