• Manage sales opportunities across your territory from initial interest to technology usage • Develop in-depth knowledge about our target market of law firms and legal professionals and learn about the challenges they face that our software can solve • Engage with qualified opportunities from Sales Development and source new leads through research and outreach • Utilize consultative sales techniques to address process inefficiencies and offer impactful solutions • Take charge of onboarding new sales, ensuring smooth setup, training, and initial orders • Meet targets and key metrics to fulfill quota expectations as well as contribute to overall team and company success • Collaborate with Marketing and Agency Success to create effective onboarding plans • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales strategies
• 2+ years as a B2B Account Executive within a B2B SaaS company • Experience prospecting and hunting for new business • A consistent record of over-achievement versus targets and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. • Expert with a consultative sales approach and ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with your clients • Skilled communicator and presenter that enjoys demos • Familiarity with the main tools and tactics of selling. You've used a CRM to track and manage your work (ideally Salesforce) • Knowledge of the legal process, especially as it relates to civil lawsuits, and especially service of process is preferred
