Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader of Product Design to lead our design team, create & drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product design initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in user-centered design, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences. • Lead and mentor a team of talented product designers/managers, providing guidance, and support, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive design culture • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define and execute the product design roadmap • Set the strategic direction for product design, aligning it with business goals and customer needs • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design processes, tools, and methodologies • Champion user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, intuitive, and visually appealing designs that elevate the user experience

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product design, with at least 5 years in leadership/mentorship roles • Deep expertise in user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) design, interaction design, and information architecture • Proven track record of leading successful product design initiatives and delivering impactful user experiences. • Strong understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and design systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
