• Lead product team in creating intuitive user interfaces • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams • Improve overall user experience on web and mobile app • Build new meaningful features for financial wellness • Ensure consistency across products • Translate product requirements and research into design deliverables • Take a user-centered design approach • Communicate designs to stakeholders • Contribute to product strategy and vision

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating research, interaction, and visual skills • Experience with Figma, Sketch, inVision, Adobe CC, and related platforms • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Knowledge of research, testing, and UX best practices • Experience in mobile-first and responsive design • Ability to execute projects without supervision • Collaboration skills with designers, developers, product managers, and marketing • Experience in financial products is desired • Bonus points for knowledge of digital marketing and tracking tools
