Description

• Krepling is the world’s first no-code composable platform for e-commerce. Our platform empowers merchants with a modular suite of tools to craft the ultimate shopping experiences. Merchants can effortlessly integrate their favorite tools into their stores, orchestrate personalized consumer workflows, and deploy groundbreaking stores right from their dashboard without writing a single line of code. It's the backbone for e-commerce: intuitive, frictionless, and ingeniously simple. • Krepling is growing over 270% year-over-year, and has raised funding from top-tier investors across San Francisco, the south-east and beyond. Krepling was set up as a fully remote company from the start, with an optional in-person office in Tennessee. Today, our small but mighty team is distributed across North America and Europe. • What is the role? As the Head of Design at Krepling, you will spearhead our design efforts and lead a dynamic team, playing a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of our products. This role demands a blend of creativity and leadership, as you will work closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and the engineering team to build and manage both the UI/UX of Krepling products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design at a high-growth tech company and/or as a freelancer • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire engineering teams in a high-growth startup.
