Description

• Promote best practices in software architecture, design, development, delivery, deployment, and operations. • Provide technical expertise in Rust programming for blockchain development. • Crafting high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code for blockchain solutions. • Actively participating in strategic technical decision-making, with a focus on designing core components for our blockchain platform, prioritizing security, scalability, and performance. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including blockchain researchers, product owners and managers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver high-impact blockchain solutions. • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in blockchain development. Innovate and integrate new solutions into our platform. • Review specifications produced by architects and our product specialists. • Be knowledgeable of distributed and concurrent computation. • Be knowledgeable of the basics of cryptography.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with at least a 3 years focus on Rust programming language. • Customer-centric, solution-oriented and actionable approach to solving problems. • Experience in remote work and collaboration across different time zones. • Experience working in scale-ups. • Good communication skills, with ability to present technical topics to internal audience (e.g. leadership) and external parties (e.g. customers, partner, etc) • Experience working with Git. • Practical experience with Agile software development methods • Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming paradigms • Degree in Computer Science is desirable but not essential
