• You build long-term, trust-based customer relationships through regular on-site visits in your region and maintain them sustainably • You ensure a smooth start by implementing our products directly at the customer's site and training the on-site team • You identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during conversations and proactively convert them into measurable results • You monitor metrics for your region and expand customer relationships sustainably • You collect valuable "from-the-field" feedback and coordinate with our internal teams • You conduct regular strategy meetings with key accounts to demonstrate the value of our solution and strengthen the partnership • While on the road, you document your interactions in our CRM system
• 2–5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical sales – preferably in field sales • Regional presence: Ideally you live in Eastern Germany (e.g., Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, or Magdeburg) • Willingness to travel: You are used to being on the road and hold a valid driver's license (Class B) • Sales mindset: You enjoy direct customer contact and have a keen sense for commercial opportunities • Strong communication skills: Confident in German and English at various levels • Self-responsibility: You organize your routes and priorities independently and appreciate the freedom to manage your territory autonomously • Resilience: You thrive in a dynamic startup environment and remain composed even with a busy schedule
