Description

• We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative who wants to join our fast-growing Corporate Partnerships team and bring life changing education to the workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or experience in lieu of education. • 1+ years of business-to-business sales or customer success experience with a track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations. • Has a passion and strong curiosity to understand “how things work” while developing an eye for business. • Demonstrated creativity in connecting company solutions to the unique needs and aspirations of potential clients. • Tenacious and resilient in creating initial relationships with new prospective clients with the ability to nurture those connections throughout complex and long sales cycles. • Demonstrated ability to perform effective discovery conversations with complex enterprise clients, understanding their pain points and proposing tailored solutions. • Self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with peers who challenge you to be better. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align with compelling prospect needs. • Excited by the challenge of building a world-class business that delivers not only a high return on investments but also has a meaningful impact on society. • High EQ, comfortable with ambiguity and has a “no job too small” startup mentality.
