• Create a pipeline of qualified opportunities for designated Latin American markets • Manage inbound lead flow and qualify inbound leads • Develop and implement effective outbound strategies • Communicate with potential customers and internal stakeholders • Provide an outstanding first exposure to Instructure and its solutions • Strategize and collaborate with sales colleagues • Help identify target accounts and prospect into them • Meet and exceed quarterly quotas for assigned markets • Provide regular and accurate forecasts • Manage time, calendar, and tasks efficiently
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (both verbal and written) • Minimum of 1+ years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment • Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas • Experience selling software products and services is desirable • Coachable and welcome feedback • Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
