• Independently manage all project-related technical documentation • Translate complex technical aspects into clear concise documentation that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences • Author, proof, and quality control for project documentation, operational procedures, technical reports, research publications and presentations while meeting established schedules and deadlines • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in ServiceNow and IT service management to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our documentation • Ensure compliance with requirements and maintain clear, concise documentation tailored for both current and future intended audiences • Review and assess Solution Architecture documents to ensure all necessary components are included • Update previously submitted governance documents to include data from new projects and integrations • Assist with completing ad hoc forms requested from customers and internal teams
• US Citizenship Required or must be qualified to obtain public trust federal clearance • 3+ years of experience with writing, editing, preparing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documents, including documents related to software implementations and client communications • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or related field • Experience working in the Federal Government sector • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven experience in technical writing, showcasing documentation created for IT services • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Platform or similar IT service Management platform to develop comprehensive technical documentation • Excellent time management and organization skills • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines • Experience with using Microsoft Office 365 • Ability to communicate with technical, non-technical, internal, and external stakeholders at all levels in verbal and written formats • Knowledgeable in network architecture/infrastructure and FedRAMP documentation, a plus!
