Description

• Partner with leadership to assess training needs and develop programs • Conduct comprehensive training sessions on financial products and strategies • Serve as a subject matter expert in bonds, fixed income assets, and investment tools • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate into training • Develop training materials and resources • Address questions and provide ongoing support • Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred) • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor, Investment Consultant, or Business Consultant • Strong comprehension of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable • Collaborative and team-oriented approach • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards • Previous experience in training and development is an advantage
