Description
• Meet and engage with clients remotely over video, phone, chat, and email to provide guidance on various financial topics • Document and record client notes in a concise format • Send follow-up emails to ensure client understanding • Become an expert on client benefits plans to support during open enrollment
Requirements
• Must have CPA or Enrolled Agent designation • Ability to perform tasks concurrently, prioritize work, and take direction from multiple team members • Strong communication skills both orally and in writing • Ability to take initiative and execute tasks effectively
