• Serve as the operational link between account managers, FAEs, distribution partners, and end customers. • Provide back-office support to the Sales and FAE teams for assigned accounts. • Work directly with customers on orders, IP/Tools licensing, and design related inquiries. • Manage escalation or exception requests on customer orders through distributors. • Coordinate sample requests and NPI support between field sales and Product Marketing. • Analyze demand signals to prepare consolidated sales forecasts. • Maintain accurate design registration and opportunity data in the CRM system. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on contracts, pricing, and compliance activities. • Prepare sales reports and support QBRs with data preparation and insights. • Assist in onboarding new sales team members by providing training.
• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of related working experience. • People skills (teamwork, conciseness, working independently) and good business acumen. • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and changing environment either independently or in a team. • Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt style and content appropriately for the audience. • Understanding of FPGA sales process is an advantage.
