Description

• Perform general accounting functions and take ownership of various accounting areas • Responsible for maintaining SOX controls for areas of responsibility • Support the internal and external reporting requirements to ensure timely and accurate financial reports for management, investors, and regulatory compliance • Conduct financial analysis to identify and explain trends and variances • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support R&D and G&A activities • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements • Assists with the quarterly review and annual audits by independent auditors • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial operations • Special projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting • CPA License preferred • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, including few years in public accounting (big four) • Solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is required and Coupa is preferred • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate and Power Query is a plus • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the aptitude to collaborate effectively across departments • High level of integrity, attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities
