Description

• Manage the full cycle of accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries • Provide timely support to clients regarding billing inquiries • Maintain and update vendor and customer accounts • Bank & GL Reconciliations: conduct regular daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations. Investigate and resolve any variances in a timely manner. • Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements meeting month end deadlines • Work collaboratively with other members of accounting and finance team across all Interlaced divisions • Assist Group Controller in interim and annual audit • Prepare and file annual 1099’s • Light admin duties: state filings as needed, occasional office supply order • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a combination of education and experience • 2+ years of working accounting experience • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial statements, full cycle AR/AP, internal controls • Excellent organizational and communication skills • ERP experience is a plus • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
