• responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, managing relationships with external accounting firms, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements • directly manage a small internal team responsible for general accounting, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP), as well as overseeing external resources for core accounting close functions and tax compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA related advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting principles. • Experience working with external accounting firms and managing the monthly close process. • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including ERP, financial modeling, and reporting tools. • CPA or CMA certification preferred.
