Description

• Lead and manage the FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. • Develop and implement a comprehensive FP&A strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. • Oversee the financial planning process, including the creation of accurate and insightful budgets and forecasts. • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of performance. • Partner with business unit leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. • Manage risk assessment processes and develop mitigation strategies. • Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors. • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to optimize FP&A processes and leverage data analytics for a competitive advantage. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including accounting, operations, and product development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a leader in FP&A, preferably within the FinTech industry with strong understanding of credit card and payments. • Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting principles. • Expertise in financial analysis, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessment. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels. • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach. • Proficient in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and ideally familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
