Description

• Coordinating accounting functions and programs • Preparing financial analyses and reports • Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts • Assisting with annual audit preparations • Investigating and resolving account discrepancies • Assisting with tax filing preparations for federal, state, local, 1099 and special tax returns • Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures • Performing other accounting duties and supporting accounting department staff as required or assigned • Review contracts for revenue recognition and ASC 606 compliance • Ability to review large data sets and analyze information for business review and KPI metrics • Reconciling customer account balances and assist in resolution of discrepancies • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance • 5+ years of accounting experience • Proficiency in ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred) and other accounting software such as Bill.com, Avalara, and Divvy will be highly preferred • Working knowledge of GAAP • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
