Description

• Responsible for completion of federal, international, and state corporate income tax returns • Manage audits of federal and state income tax • Handle financial reporting/accounting for income taxes under IFRS and US GAAP • Prepare tax schedules for parent company financials • Oversee transfer pricing calculations and arrangements • Calculate and monitor cash tax payments • Oversee R&D credit calculations • Manage company's VAT compliance • Complete all sales and use tax returns • Prepare and file US property tax returns annually

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration • CPA preferred • 10+ years of experience with a preference to public accounting and/or global public company experience • Extensive corporate tax knowledge and understanding of corporate tax concepts applicable to domestic and international operations • General tax knowledge/experience with transfer pricing, R&D, and transactional taxes • Proficiency with financial reporting for income taxes (public company experience preferred) • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Self-starter with the ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with internal members of the company and outside third-party service providers • International and VAT tax experience preferred
