• Lead financial reporting process and facilitate review with various stakeholders • Drive technical accounting research, analysis, and documentation • Oversee preparation of accounting entries for complex matters • Coordinate with auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit • Develop cross-functional relationships and lead process/system improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and/or public accounting experience required • 12+ years of relevant accounting and reporting experience • Proficient technical accounting skills and thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting • Experience with the application and adoption of new accounting standards
