📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the continuous development of the lead marketplace software used for automated customer acquisition • Ensure smooth development progress and that developers work on the right priorities • Design new features, gather requirements from business departments and users, and translate them into work packages such as tickets and mockups • Test new features for functionality and quality, support the release process, and oversee their launch into production • Act as the liaison between IT, business departments, and external service providers • Regularly inform stakeholders about development progress • Identify, design, and implement AI applications—from the initial idea through to productive use • Learn and further develop Leadbase, including matching, the dialer, partner portal, dispatch, billing, and APIs • Maintain the backlog and continuously prioritize tickets for the tech team • Independently implement smaller improvements, from requirements gathering and quality assurance through to launch • Establish communication formats such as weekly status updates and release notes • Take responsibility for larger features or product initiatives from conception through rollout • Prioritize requirements based on value and relevance • Identify opportunities to use AI and implement process improvements • Help shape the product strategy for lead matching and related modules such as the dialer, multichannel functionality, and Partner API • Successfully bring strategic initiatives and at least one AI solution into production • Serve as the central point of contact for product-related questions concerning Leadbase

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an agile environment • Ideally, experience at a SaaS or technology company • Strong technical understanding • Initial experience with artificial intelligence or a well-founded interest in applying AI solutions pragmatically in a business context • Structured and proactive approach to work • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear tasks and priorities • Confident and clear communication, including on technical topics and with diverse stakeholders • Enthusiasm for data-driven digital products • A drive to actively move things forward and achieve sustainable improvements
