📋 Description
• Lead the mapping of HR processes (AS IS) across the LAC region • Design and implement the future HR Shared Services model (TO BE) • Serve as PMO for the implementation of the HR Shared Services Center • Plan and execute the transition of processes to the shared-services model • Create and maintain operational documentation • Define and monitor performance, quality, and user experience indicators
🎯 Requirements
• Reside in the São Paulo metropolitan area • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field • Experience in HR shared services center implementation projects • Technical knowledge in process detailing and mapping • Intermediate English and Spanish • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
