📋 Description

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for new and existing products and services across multiple business segments and channels, aligned with the objectives of the Life Sciences division • Conduct market research and advanced financial analyses on industry trends, competitors, and customer price sensitivity • Develop and maintain complex models to forecast pricing impacts and profitability • Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and finance to influence decisions and ensure pricing execution • Present price reviews and strategic recommendations to senior leadership • Monitor price realization and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and risks • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for price adjustments, promotions, and bundling strategies • Assess and optimize pricing processes, programs, and systems to increase efficiency and standardization

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English • Bachelor’s degree completed • 7–10 years of experience in Pricing or similar roles • Proven leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and build consensus in a matrixed environment • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data and rationale to senior executives and cross-functional teams • Experience in project management and process improvement • Experience with business data visualization software such as Qlik Sense is a plus • Experience working in an international environment and the ability to work effectively in multicultural contexts
