📋 Description

• Hold weekly calls with facility contacts to confirm hiring needs • Source candidates through the ATS and re-engage previous applicants when candidate flow slows • Screen candidates by phone, Zoom or Microsoft Teams, maintaining 18–20 interview slots per day • Keep the interview calendar full for the next 2–3 days • Verify that candidates meet role and state licensure requirements before progressing them • Book qualified candidates directly into hiring managers’ calendars • Use text message templates and scheduling links such as Calendly and Microsoft Teams Bookings • Guide candidates through step-by-step onboarding and track completion • Communicate proactively with facilities and the Director of Recruitment • Flag any drop in candidate flow early

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in a phone-based, people-facing role (recruitment, sales, customer service or call centre) • Strong verbal and written English communication skills • Strong organisational skills and calendar management skills • Comfortable working with computer systems and learning new ones quickly • Resilient and self-motivated, with the drive to hit daily targets • Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and download • Ability to support a wired Ethernet connection • Reliable power backup solution for load shedding and power outages • Must be located in South Africa • Recruitment experience, especially high-volume or healthcare recruitment, beneficial • Experience with an ATS (Workday or similar) beneficial • Familiarity with US healthcare roles or licensing requirements beneficial • Experience with Calendly, Microsoft Teams or Zoom beneficial
