Description

• As our second UX research hire, you'll have the opportunity to make a huge impact on both the product and the organization • Drive product strategy and execution forward, informing our product delivery, company vision, and long-term roadmaps • Contribute to development & management of budding research operations, empowering PMs & designers to execute on their research needs

Requirements

• Exposure to a wide range of qualitative research methodologies, with a strong understanding of industry best practices • Creativity and pragmatism in balancing rigor and scrappiness to derive meaningful, significant insights • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to clearly and confidently convey research findings to a variety of audiences • Passion for learning and always improving yourself and the team around you
