Description

• Design and execute mixed-methods UX research studies that deliver actionable insights to Lovevery teams. • Partner with stakeholders to translate complex research questions into precise and targeted research objectives. • Conduct research in a manner that produces strong evidence and actionable recommendations to support customers and the business. • Deliver key takeaways in clear and concise storytelling that engages stakeholders at all levels and inspires action. • Be a strong advocate for customers. • Share insights broadly.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on digital product research experience. • Experienced in research for ecommerce or subscription products. • Proven success working in-house in a fast moving, high growth environment. Startup experience preferred. • A strong portfolio reflecting a range of both quantitative and qualitative research studies. • Business savvy. Knowledge of metrics and KPIs informs how you design studies. • A track record of seeing research findings adopted and applied by cross functional peers and leaders. • Passion for early childhood development and learning. • MA/MS in human factors, design, psychology, social science, market research or related field, or comparable industry experience.
