• Lead go-to-market development and execution of new product launches. Develop and lead successful product launches and measure the performance of product marketing campaigns. • Advocate for the customer by gathering their feedback and using it to inform and drive product messaging, brand differentiation, and marketing content. • Carry out multiple aspects of the product marketing lifecycle, from branding and positioning to targeted outreach and segmentation strategy, education and engagement campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships. • Work cross-functionally with product, business development, design, communications, and support to build our pipeline and improve conversion rates. • Lead our product’s Organic Search strategy, aligning with our target audience segments and use cases to drive organic growth. • Conduct market research to gather data on target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Use market research to inform compelling positioning, inform product strategy, and identify growth opportunities.
• Proven experience (6+ years) in Product Marketing, Lifecycle / Growth Marketing, or Product Management within the blockchain/Web3 industry. Must have knowledge and understanding of SEO principals • Passionate about delivering results, with the ability to adapt to different levels of responsibility, whether it's a large-scale creative project or refining copy for a blog post. • Experience crafting & implementing consumer segmentation based on product insights, customer demographics, attitudes, and behaviors • Demonstrated track record of framing customer-oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and solidify retention • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment, GA) • Can communicate and efficiently involve all stakeholders to secure buy-in, develop strategies, and incorporate feedback
