• Manage a portfolio of active clients with a focus on relationship management, retention, and account expansion; • Conduct periodic business review meetings to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; • Map stakeholders and client needs to propose tailored solutions; • Act in a consultative manner, ensuring the best possible experience and satisfaction with contracted products and services; • Keep records up to date in the CRM and report performance indicators; • Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure delivery of value to the client; • Anticipate churn risks and propose corrective actions; • Meet growth targets for the customer base and relationship KPIs.
• High school diploma; • Intermediate Excel; • Experience in customer service and relationship management with B2B clients; • Knowledge of technologies for vehicle monitoring, tracking, and fleet management; • Valid Category B driver's license and availability to travel across Brazil; • Desired: • Experience managing relationships with fleet customers.
