• Create, improve and maintain software components utilizing appropriate software language(s) while applying the necessary engineering theory and logic to meet overall project requirements. • Assist in the coordination of component changes with related elements to ensure seamless flow and continuity. • Assists others in owned components and other fundamental expertise areas • Lead the development, implementation and testing tasks in different development projects tied to systems, modules and functionality • Work with and guide other team members when needed • Manage the documentation creation and updates related to any development tasks • Support and troubleshoot issues relating to custom development that have been created via the Helpdesk system with a high level of customer satisfaction and in a timely manner • Create different configuration & infrastructure environments in a development lab to troubleshoot issues and offer possible solutions • Maintain connections between core business systems • Any other task or projects as assigned
• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) • A CSA (ServiceNow Administrator) and CAD (Certified ServiceNow Developer) Certification Required. • 2 -4 years experience developing enterprise grade modules with understanding of software, testing and quality assurance processes. • 2 -4 years demonstrated experience in python, javascript, or bash scripting language (to include at least one mainstream objective oriented or functional language) and tools based on position requirements (Required) • Working knowledge of the ServiceNow (Preferred) • Experience in javascript and modules (Preferred)
