Description

• We are looking for an experienced healthcare Product Manager to join our team! Our Product Managers thrive at the intersection of corporate strategy, customer feedback, market trends, and technical considerations. This role collaborates closely with customer-facing teams to gather feedback, feature requests, and market insights that inform our strategy, goals, and prioritization decisions. Those (often unspoken) needs help us make informed long-term strategy decisions, set appropriate mid-term goals, and make near-term prioritization decisions. • The ideal candidate has experience with the revenue cycle at hospital systems and familiarity with various types of non-clinical operational work. We do not expect product managers to be or to have been hands-on engineers, but as an integral part of the software development teams, it helps to understand relative complexity of engineering work. • This role is integral to the development of a new solution at Janus. We are extending existing solutions related to clinical and administrative healthcare documentation to solve a key problem at health systems. This product manager will own the success of this new product from proof of concept to MVP, testing, launch, and future iteration.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience product management experience in a technical/development environment. • Experience in the healthcare provider revenue cycle is preferred. • Certification in Epic (PB/HB, Claims, or Access) is preferred. • Servant focused people leader who is a strong coach and mentor for our team. • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/SCRUM project management concepts. • Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and complex problems. • Excellent prioritization, logical deduction and organizational skills. • Ability to innovate in a fast-growing work environment and comfortable dealing with ambiguity. • Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player. • Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) skills. • Flexibility and comfort working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment of a startup. • Has fun, celebrates success, and contributes to a positive culture!
