Description

• Oversee portfolio of high-profile creators • Build strategic roadmaps for creator growth and success • Serve as advocate internally for creators • Understand company products and recommend best solutions for creators • Pitch and negotiate new opportunities to drive revenue • Address and resolve creator-related issues • Educate and guide creators on new offerings • Work cross-functionally to align with creators' goals • Ensure company value is consistently showcased to creators • Provide valuable data, insights, and strategies for creator success • Lead renewals and negotiations for creators • Partner with Creator Support and other teams to address concerns • Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators • Lead onboarding process for new creators • Capture important data and communication in internal databases

Requirements

• Based in Mexico City • 3+ years experience in account management, talent management, or client services • Passionate about digital ecosystem and content creators • Effective in using data and insights for proposals and negotiations • Familiarity with top social platforms • Proficient in Slack, Google Suite, and CRM systems • Sales and negotiation experience is a plus • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Snapchat Story Studio, or YouTube Studio is a plus
