📋 Description

• Install new equipment and provide operational training to customers • Conduct inspections to identify defects in both laboratory and field settings • Repair equipment in lab and field according to the weekly service plan • Perform functional tests after repairs to ensure service quality • Respond to customer requests and provide information about repairs and quotations • Analyze service data to schedule proactive and reactive service visits • Participate in conferences, including assembling and disassembling equipment and demonstrating to prospective customers • Prepare technical reports and service visit reports • Provide technical consulting on equipment configuration and use • Generate reports on parts and component stock requirements • Stay updated through online training • Maintain parts inventory and preserve calibrated test equipment and other company assets • Address operational and technical questions from internal and external customers • Create service records with details of services performed and procedures used • Report to the Senior Equipment Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in an engineering field • Minimum 2 years of technical experience with medical equipment • Active CREA registration • Experience in ophthalmology is a plus • Intermediate to advanced English, including conversational skills • Valid Category B driver's license • At least 3 years' driving experience, preferably on highways or major roads, with standard vehicles • Availability to travel 75% of the time • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours • Ability to lift or move loads and to stand, squat, and kneel for extended periods • Proficiency using hand tools and electronic test equipment • Authorization to drive a company vehicle
