📋 Description
• Assess clients’ needs • Coordinate services • Provide ongoing client support • Help clients achieve their goals • Manage multiple cases while maintaining a client-centered approach • Work directly with clients • Maintain accurate case information using case management software or databases
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in case management or at a Law Firm • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software or databases • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism • English language proficiency • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM–05:00 PM EST • Must successfully pass each stage of the application process
