Description

• Manage a team of 8 managers responsible for writers, editors, and assistants • Lead the team to optimize partnerships, seek out new partners, and negotiate affiliation agreements • Develop and implement content and SEO strategies across 6 countries • Work closely with the CEO to direct business strategies and manage budgets • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO implementation, content, design, and marketing activities • Identify and secure new partnerships • Implement effective operational activities and track staffing requirements • Develop new sources of traffic

Requirements

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in website/mobile app or startup • Experience in B2B business development or managing a sales team • Good understanding of SEO practices, affiliation, and leads generation • Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in Google Sheets • Brownie points for additional language skills, experience in alternative traffic sources, degree in management/business/marketing, content creation experience, staying updated on digital marketing trends, SEO experience for a medical website, Google E-A-T guidelines, skills in paid search engine marketing, website user experience, and conversion optimization
