• Create, start, and oversee many paid media campaigns on different platforms and among different brands. • Boost campaign performance by consistently testing and tweaking budget strategy, audience targeting, creatives, and copy. • Work with vendors to get fresh ad creatives every day. • Upload revenue and cost data daily to make sure the reports are spot on. • Dig deep into the numbers, comparing results across platforms to see how well the campaigns are doing. • Share daily reports with the Leadership Team, giving them insights. • Find and fix technical issues linked to paid advertising campaigns. • Attend weekly meetings with digital marketing consultants and put their strategies into action. • Try out new ideas, opportunities, platforms, and channels, with the Director of Marketing guiding the way.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in media buying, especially managing ads on platforms like Quora and Reddit, along with Facebook and TikTok. • Work experience in a lively corporate or agency environment. • Easy understanding of marketing and advertising terms (like CPA, CPM, ROAS, LTV). • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy. • Great organisational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Willingness to take responsibility for both successes and challenges. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
