• Head of Talent role responsible for leading the company’s recruitment efforts and playing a pivotal role in their expansion. • Key responsibilities include leading recruitment strategy and execution, collaborating with hiring managers, developing innovative sourcing strategies, conducting candidate assessments, managing end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with HR and departmental leaders. • Working hours require overlapping with US EST and PST.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. • Adept at interpersonal communication. • Possess excellent organisational and time management abilities. • Skilled in multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively. • Brownie Points for having a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
