Description

• Develop and establish KPIs that are in line with the company's strategic objectives. • Take ownership of the department's Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring that financial targets are met or surpassed. • Provide strategic insights and regular updates on the performance of the department to senior management. • Lead and motivate a team of departmental leaders, cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. • Be responsible for overseeing the department's management processes and incentive program. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that drive significant cost savings and operational efficiency gains. • Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, based on US Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading large teams, demonstrating effective team management skills. • Proficiency in data analytics, utilising insights for strategic decision-making. • A proven history of enhancing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing effective solutions. • Strong financial skills, capable of managing and optimising departmental budgets and resources.
