Description

• Manage and drive process for obtaining and renewing state licenses • Own the provider recruiting and onboarding process • Run point on internal meetings related to Nema’s “CareOps” system • Oversee the billing function • Provide strong leadership and direction to the Clinical Operations team

Requirements

• 7+ years working in healthcare services • 5+ years in a Clinical Operations role • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and billing practices • Highly organized and can work autonomously • Strong problem solver with a growth mindset • Strong analytical skills • Well rounded technical skills • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to travel approximately once a quarter
