📋 Description

• Sell JUNG’s product portfolio, ranging from electrical outlets to smart home and building control systems • Provide proactive, sales-oriented support to electrical contractors, electrical wholesalers, engineering firms, architects, and housing industry companies in Bavaria, specifically the Northern Bavaria / Lower Franconia region • Acquire and support construction projects during the planning and development stages, with the aim of maximizing sales and profitability • Independently pursue and achieve sales targets • Work closely and coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and the Bavaria sales team • Maintain and expand the customer network while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • Conduct customer training sessions • Present the product range and customer solutions • Organize, support, and attend events such as trade fairs, customer events, and counter days • Document activities and maintain the CRM system • Represent the company and uphold its values

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the electrical trade, such as Electrical Installer or Electronics Technician • Further qualification as a master electrician, electrical engineering technician, or electrical engineer (m/f/d) is an advantage but not required • Initial experience in a sales environment is desirable • Good knowledge of modern electrical building systems technology • Basic knowledge of other technical building systems, including HVAC, sun protection, multimedia, and network technology • Ability to explain complex devices and systems clearly and effectively • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others • Technical aptitude combined with commercial negotiation skills • Motivated personality with a confident and professional presence • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital media • Willingness to work primarily from a home office
