📋 Description

• Independently manage key grocery retail customers in the regional sales territory covering Stuttgart, Heilbronn, Pforzheim, and Göppingen • Identify growth opportunities with customers and maximize revenue potential • Monitor and optimize shelf placements • Expand product distribution • Implement agreed promotions and secondary placements • Work closely with store managers, department managers, and business owners • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer base • Plan customer visits efficiently and maintain accurate records in the CRM system • Take responsibility for comprehensive territory and customer management • Conduct competitive analyses during store visits • Attend relevant trade fairs and industry events and represent yfood

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a retail salesperson, or a completed degree specializing in sales • Several years of professional experience in grocery retail • Ideally, experience in FMCG field sales • Confident presence and excellent communication skills • Ability to persuade customers using well-founded, business-oriented arguments • Engaging and dynamic personality • Assertiveness and problem-solving skills • Strong initiative and a hands-on mentality • Strong customer and service orientation • Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight in hotels • Class B driver's license
