Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. • You will be the second dev ops hire at Chorus Innovations and given the opportunity to shape the dev ops culture here. • You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our healthcare technology platform. • As we are currently rebuilding the current platform leveraging various AWS services (Amplify, AppSync, Cognito, etc), we are looking for a self-starter who can implement best practices for continuous integration and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience. • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a significant part focused on AWS environments • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC), preferably with AWS CloudFormation • Fluency with Devops concerns such as source control, builds, deployments, networking, scaling, and monitoring. • Strong experience configuring and monitoring a secure and compliant system, preferably in the healthcare space, balancing security and compliance with agility and speed. • Deep understanding of version control systems (Git) and code branching strategies. • Experience with continuous integration and deployment systems (CI/CD). • Proven experience driving improvements in uptime, quality, automation, and consistency in engineering teams and processes • Would be great to have experience working in a security framework-aligned environment (HIPAA, SOC2, NIST 800-53)
