âą Meet and exceed all KPIs for your customer account portfolio âą Maintain and grow existing accounts âą Effectively manage all new product launches to drive initial listings and maximise availability and revenue growth âą Opening new strategic accounts in the grocery and DIY channel. âą Execute brand campaigns, JBPâs and promotional plans and regularly review with each individual key account âą Monitor and report on competitor activity in the market, identify changes and emerging trends in customer and consumer buying patterns âą Deploy category management principles to ensure fair share of space in-store and online for our core range and NPD âą Collaborate with other internal departments on customer projects to ensure we maximise our return on investment and act as a best-in-class commercial function âą Complete all specified administration including business plans, reports, promotional proposals, presentations, evaluations and pricing controls âą Enhance the Company profile through undertaking a range of promotional activities to include attendance at relevant trade shows and exhibitions
âą Established experience within a similar sales environment, already operating at a National Account Manager level âą Essential experience and strong track record in FR retail, more specifically managing groceries and DIY channels âą Proven track record of achieving business development and revenue growth âą Experience of implementing sales plans, developing customer account plans and JBPs and managing budgets âą Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels whilst providing a quality customer orientated approach âą Demonstrate excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, presentation and organisational skills âą Proactive, ambitious and results oriented âą Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team âą Flexible approach towards working hours with the ability to travel throughout France âą A degree within a business discipline is highly desirable
